Crock Pot Roast with Potatos and Carrots

Ingredients:

3-4 pound Roast
1/2 cup Jalapeno Jelly (or any type of jelly)
1 Packet Onion Soup mix
4-5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 bag baby carrots

Directions:

Take roast, frozen or thawed, and place it into the crock pot. Pour 1/2 cup of Jalapeno jelly (or any other jelly) on top of the roast. Next pour on top the Onion Soup packet, rub into jelly and all over the roast. Peel and cube potatoes, place on top of 2 large sheets of aluminum foil, then pour on top 1/2 bag of baby carrots, salt and pepper to taste. Seal up foil and place on top of the roast. Turn crock pot on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours. Remove from crock pot and pour some of the roast drippings onto the potatoes and carrots. Enjoy.
